Cesar Marin

Loan Officer, Tax Consultant

When homeowners experience economic needs or severe life stressors due to challenges with their home payment, it is not uncommon for their lives to become difficult. My great passion is bringing solutions to people who are going through a difficult/stressful experience because of that. I help my clients, who include homeowners, home buyers and retirees, to ensure a better living by helping them to find a long term solution, so they can strengthen their relationships with their families, achieven for themselves the peaceful and mindful state of mind that can only be acquired when their economic challenges are taken care of.

I know that there is no single solution for everyone, and no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of mortgage programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, Reverse, USDA and many others that are designed for the different types of home financing.

My educational background includes financial and tax preparation education. I have a B.A. in Sociology from the National University of Mexico, Mexico, and finance training from Penn Valley College.
